20th Assembly Student Body President: Alina Chen

Message from the Student Body President

Scarlet Knights,

It is my honor to serve as your Student Body President of the 20th Assembly. The 20th Assembly is grounded in one central belief: UNITY. At a university of over 37,000 undergraduate students, Rutgers is filled with diverse perspectives—across schools, identities, priorities, and aspirations. Despite these differences, we are united by one common goal: to improve the undergraduate experience.

This assembly is not only representative of us, but the hundreds of undergraduate students who elected us. I encourage each of you to stay engaged, reach out, participate in student democracy, and make your voice heard. If our goal is to create a better student experience, every perspective matters.

Rutgers students: we are here for you, and we are here to serve YOU.

Now, let’s get to work, Scarlet Knights!
