Rutgers University Student Assembly

Legislative Branch

All legislative powers shall be vested in the Assembly, the legislative body of RUSA. It shall operate through committees and general body meetings. It shall also retain the power to approve the annual budgets of RUSA and its affiliated organizations. The Assembly proper shall be composed of Senators, Special Interest Representatives, Residential Area Representatives, School of Arts and Sciences Representatives, and Professional School Representatives. All representatives and Senators shall sit in an Assembly committee and their respective caucuses.
