Spring 2010 Budgets!

RUSA Allocations is now accepting budgets for the SPRING 2010 semester. Please be advised that SPRING 2010 budgets for your organization are due, no later than, 4:00PM on November 4th. Please e-mail your budget to springbudget.allocations@gmail.com or submit a paper version to the Office of Student Involvement in the SAC basement.All late budgets will be accessed a 10% reduction in their Spring 2010 allocation.

Spring Special Events

The Rutgers University Student Assembly Allocations Board will hold a Spring Special Events Hearing on November 19, 2009.Please note:
completed Special Event funding forms must be emailed to
allocate@eden.rutgers.edu NO LATER than 11:59PM on November 16, 2009. No late
applications will be accepted.
Please review the special events status and funding requirements.
(Make sure you meet two out of the four requirements listed in order to be eligible to receive Special Events status.)
Be sure to follow all instructions on the form.

All groups appealing for Special Events status and funding will receive a meeting time by November 17th at 11:59 pm.
Apply to the Auditor Position for the 2009-2010 Allocations Board!

The RUSA Allocations Board invites you to apply for the 2009-2010 Allocation Board Auditor position. The RUSA Allocations Board is an affiliated committee of the RUSA that operates separately from the RUSA and is responsible for the allocation of funds to registered Rutgers University Student Organizations as well as various registered events on an as needed basis. The goal of the Allocations Board is to promote and support diversity of programming made available to all Rutgers University Students through the fair and efficient use of the student activity fee. As part of the Board, you will review budgets and based off of set criteria allocate the adequate amount of funds. This position is for the remaining of the Fall 2009 semester, in addition to the Spring 2009 semester and requires attendance to a weekly Thursday evening meeting along with four additional office hours per month.Applications are available here
There is one MANDATORY Budget Day:
Saturday, November 8th: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Applications are due no later than October 22nd at 4PM via email to janshah@eden.rutgers.edu.

Budgets received after November 4th will be considered late!
Late budgets will receive a 10% late cut!
